Bedrooms

There are large bedrooms, all with crown molding and new painting. You will love the size of the closets that these rooms offer. There is also an ample storage room that houses the utilities, laundry and shelving. You will find it so helpful to have this space for storing all the things you need to find a place for.

Living Rooms

The upstairs living room (left) has a huge window with a great mountain view. What you can't see in this picture is that there is a baby grand piano in this room as well--the room offers a great living space! The downstairs living room has a wood-burning stove to make for cozy evenings. Both rooms, as with all the rooms in the house, have crown molding and new painting.

Bathrooms

The upstairs bathroom has been updated from the original and has a shower/bath combo, plus a linen closet (great storage space!) and a tile floor. The downstairs bathroom was built in 2005 and has a lovely all-tiled shower.

Kitchen

The kitchen has been beautifully updated from the original. It has a tile floor and new, two-tone paint. There is a gas range and a new (2011) Bosch dishwasher. The door from the kitchen leads to a covered deck.

Landscaping

Mature landscaping that will maintain itself. The lawn has an automated watering system. The flower beds have automated watering through a drip system that is easy to setup. There are annual flowers that will bloom on their own. The vegetable garden has hookups for soaker hoses that also link in to the automated watering system. All growing season you will have effortless watering to make your yard blossom and bloom.

The flowering pear trees in front provide beautiful scenery in all the seasons. In spring you will enjoy the lovely blossoms, in summer the luscious green leaves, and in fall the beautiful colors of autumn.
